Our Terms of Service are currently under legal review before we publish them. In the meantime, the relationship between legame and customers is governed contractually per individual agreement.

The final version will appear here once review is complete. Until then, on sign-up you receive the current Terms version by email for approval; accepting the welcome wizard is your acceptance of that version.
What will it cover?
Without pre-empting the legal review, these are the topics the Terms will cover (audit §4.3.6 skeleton):
- Definitions and applicability
- Nature of the relationship (B2B SaaS subscription, no bespoke development)
- Service description per tier (Basic / Standard / Premium)
- Trial period (14 days free, no card required)
- Pricing, VAT, invoicing, and pro-rate on switch/cancel
- Non-payment, site pause, and account deletion
- Term, termination, and data export on exit
- Customer + legame obligations (uptime target, support SLA per tier)
- Intellectual property (customer retains ownership of content)
- Privacy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA as annex — see privacy)
- Liability (standard SaaS exclusions + cap)
- Changes to the terms (30 days notice)
- Force majeure (outages at sub-processors)
- Dutch law, competent court
